Downgrade of more than one upgrade gives a solidbase.util.AssertionFailedException. #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform two upgrades
2. Downgrade the two upgrades as seperate downgrade.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that the database is downgraded and solibase shows no errors.
Instead the database is downgraded as expected, but solidbase shows 
solidbase.util.AssertionFailedException: Expecting not more than 1 record to be 
updated, not 2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- SolidBase v1.6.7-rev760 (http://solidbase.org)
