Make JSON DUMP and LOAD more like IMPORT and EXPORT #172

All features that are possible, and even inline JSON, because that is not 
possible yet.

Actually, we need an EXPORT JSON and IMPORT JSON. JSON is better at handling 
null vs. "", and other datatypes, and referencing binary data.
