Is Silent Mode On (IOS-only) #158

Description

When the voice memo is recording, regardless of whether the device is muted or not, the result of "Is Silent Mode On (IOS-only)" is always true.

There is unfortunately not way to work around that. The detection for this is a big hack. I will document this limitation though.
