Create menu item could not run #225

Description

My shortcut has not been working for a while now. I am trying to create a simple menu with the "Create menu item". Not much to describe so I attached my shortcut here. Is there any way how I can debug this?

I am running Actions from TestFlight (3.1.1), but same thing happens on stable (3.1.0).

macOS/iOS version

iOS 17.3

Could you try adding a delay before the action?
