can this be reopened? its the same issue (and its been restarted, but restarting every time isn not a feasible solution)

It's a bug in macOS 15. It will be fixed in macOS 15.1. There is nothing I can do about it.

This is a macOS 15 bug. Another computer restart should resolve it.

Okay, I had originally interpreted this comment as a one time restart needed (after upgrade).

Just curious, are we certain it will be fixed in macOS 15.1?
