highlighting code losted for a while on save

Updated: I'm going to close this issue since it have been reported in https://github.com/sindresorhus/atom-editorconfig/issues/109 and fixed in the next release.

Hi! how are you?

I noticed that when I save a file using editorconfig with the options insert_final_newline and/or trim_trailing_whitespace the highlighting of my code disappear for a second. With big files this is happening for a longer time.

Atom version: 1.11.2
