Having trouble getting editorconfig to fix existing files

Hello. I'm trying to get editorconfig to fix existing files by running EditorConfig: Fix File in Atom and dispite it saying is has updated the indent_style of several spaces the file doesn't change.

I have Tab Type in Atoms editor settings set to auto.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

The tree command doesn't work for me for some reason, it says command not found.
