tab_width is being replaced with indent_size

I have indent_size = 4, tab_width = 8 in my .editorconfig, but Atom has set both to 4.

I need this because the Perl 5 source uses a bizarre mix of spaces and tabs. The indent_size is 4, but it mixes spaces with 8 character tabs.

• One level deep is four spaces
• Two levels is one tab
• Three levels is four spaces and a tab
• Four levels is two tabs

It's the worst, but EditorConfig should be able to display it properly.
