added PactumJS under Testing #1132

PactumJS is a REST API Testing Tool for all levels in a Test Pyramid.

By submitting this pull request, I promise I have read the contribution guidelines twice and ensured my submission follows it. I realize not doing so wastes the maintainers' time that they could have spent making the world better. 🖖

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm going to pass on this. This is a curation, so I unfortunately can't include everything. That means making the hard decision of leaving out some cool projects for various reasons.

@sindresorhus I wanted to follow up about including PactumJS in this list. Since it's been a few years, I wanted to check if you’d be open to reconsidering it for inclusion.

PactumJS has seen significant growth since I initially raised this PR. Its weekly downloads have increased from 500 to over 150,000. Additionally, it’s now being adopted by a number of organizations and engineers in the testing community.

I completely understand the curation process and the need to make tough decisions, but I believe it could now be a good fit for the list. Of course, I respect your decision either way and appreciate the work you do in maintaining the repository!
