Adding node-opcua and node-media-server #1233

By submitting this pull request, I promise I have read the contribution guidelines twice and ensured my submission follows it. I realize not doing so wastes the maintainers' time that they could have spent making the world better. 🖖

The node-media-server should go under Misc. The node-opcua should later on go under a new section (maybe with node-red and other Industrial/IoT libraries but for now i think Misc. could be a good place to be.

I think it is self explanatory. The Node.js ecosystem is running with JS fanboys that they think that Development or software engineering is just to expose a route in the frontend. Node.js is by now an industrial language and there should be a section only for that but nope, they choose to just say "i am gonna pass on that" for no reason.
