Both the books and movies have their production year mentioned but the TV series did not.

This pull request fixes that. :grin:

The years have been taken from each respective TV serie's IMDB page or from Wikipedia for series that have made a comeback.

TV series that are still running have a start but not and end year, just as on IMDB.
