Fixed publication date, title spelling, Goodreads https links #90

Most publication years were wrong according to common knowledge and, more directly, according to the very Goodreads pages to which they link: we were using the publication date for the particular book issue they were linking to instead of picking the "first published date" mentioned right after.

Since those lines were modified anyway, decided to normalize on https links for Goodreads as well.

Also fixed a couple of minor spelling errors in book titles (missing apostrophes, wrong series name according to linked source, etc.)

Great work. Must've been a pain to go through all the entries and ensure that they are correct - I know it was tedious to go thought just your fixes.
