Add Machine Learning section

Machine Learning and LLM's in particular are increasingly becoming technical areas of interest across many domains. Creating a section in this meta-awesome repository to point folks in the direction of resources that can help them get started with ML/LLMs would be worthwhile.

I’m sorry. Is this how you treat? I have no clue on coding and I don’t have any interests on it! Government forced me to die and my google map record got changed by somebody. I don’t seriously like the way your company supervised at all! I’m dying through these 2 months. The world is full of miserable. Why should I live?
