I have some group conversations muted and I still receive notifications from them.

OS: Arch Linux

Can confirm. Very annoying, forces me to exit caprine as a workaround when people in muted group chats are actively chatting.

Caprine: 2.59.3 (snap install) OS: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
