Notifications arent showing #2112

I used to receive popup notifications when I received new messages but for the last few weeks all I get is the sound, no badge, no pop-up notification

Caprine 2.59.1 Electron 24.8.6 win32 10.0.19045 Locale: en-US

FB keeps breaking whatever caprine implements... Jerks. And they can't even implement some basic features in their own app, like managing messages.

Same issue as #2114 probably. I am on Linux Mint. My workaround is having Caprine in maximized mode and it seems to deliver notifications even if you minimize to system tray. But it only works if you maximize Caprine to the whole window. Check to see if maximizing Caprine works for you.
