globally packages -> global packages

Maybe just "global packages"? It's shorter, and that's how the npm docs write it too.

Actually I did it in my patch-1 branch, but I saw the line in the same file

Indicate to npm where to store globally installed packages

I think you are right, global packages is enough to express its meaning

already modified in this pull request
