Update readme #46

Just tested qlstephen plugin, and as I expected, it also enables all text files with unknown extension (I've tried jade, stylus, scss - to name a few)... So I added it to the spec :wink:

Can you give the PR a useful title?

Update readme is a nightmare for maintainers ;)
