special highlighting for the currently displayed file in the sidepanel #284

I can't find a way to highlight the currently viewed file in the side panel. There is the builtin vim highlighting the current line, but it's relatively slight on my setup, plus sometimes i move the cursor on the left panel without changing the selected file.

If it's not possible right now, I think it could make sense to add this. Thank you!
