[bug,mercurial] Deleted files are parsed as renamed files #367

The file status R in mercurial represents "removed", but it's being parsed as a renamed file.

@sindrets yes, I already have a couple of fixes on a branch, but haven't had time to properly test them. I'll try to have another look.
