URLs in [[index]] are not properly encoded resulting in broken markdown #38

Try using a folder or file name with spaces in it, and you will see the result of [[index]] is broken Markdown syntax. Should be a simple fix to encodeURI.

Whoops, nice catch! I remember having tested it at some point, so something must have ben broken, will take a look.
