FacetRangeParams should support numeric values to work properly

Thanks for the PR, Michael. 2 things:

We normally use the internal repo for our internal PRs (github.sinequa.com)
We're going to do just a little more cleanup in this component, so if you don't mind we'll take it from here ;-)
