Poke button to ask a user to see a certain thread #225

Basically creates a notification directed to the user like "User A asked you to check the Company X".

Do we need this for everyone or just to the coordination?

Why a poke button instead of a @ mention system?

Because most of the people are currently creating comments with just member tags to notify them and that's not cool to read...
