consider subcellular location for placement of enzymes #14
Since 3a9bc7e the UniprotParser is able to parse subcellular location as annotation for proteins. Using an ontology it would be possible to place proteins automatically, at the current time this i out of reach.
Uniprot has also data for the subcellular location of enzymes. This can later be used to place enzymes automatically in certain parts of the cell.
