After solving #2 and #3 it is necessary to forward those enhancements to the gui. The gui should provide the possibilities to:

import reactions directly from Sabio-RK,
import reactions from SBML files, and
design them manually, if necessary.

The existing NewReactionWizard should be modified to the new look and feel. Maybe some stuff can be reused.
