InChIKeyProviderTest.fetchWithPubChem() never terminates #87

there seems to be some infinite loops in the tests InChIKeyProviderTest.fetchWithPubChem() and PubChemParserServiceTest.shouldResolveInChIKey()
disabled them for now
please fix in branch development

fixed by merging with develop/simulation
