Introduce a 'deliberately not here' list #87

Although the song list is comprehensive, there are some songs that are deliberately not there. They might be because we've decided they're impossible to make appropriate, or for some other reason.

Sometimes it can be hard to know if a song is just "not in the songbook yet" or has been carefully considered and found worth of retirement or rewriting

Take John Kanaka, it's not there, but John the Slacker is... How would people discover this?

I'm wondering about section at the bottom of the list for 'songs we don't normally sing' or similar, with a bit of info on why, and links to the appropriate replacements (if extant)

I've wondered if we should put enter shall we do with the patriarchy or John kanaka under their most common, searchable names and place our revised lyrics in there. Or have have an alt names field and display it alongside the titles

We could add empty entries for skipped songs and put in a little text in the background info to say why

I think this is probably the highest priority bit of 'feature work' from my perspective, and I'd like to see it either

The issue with the latter is that for lots of the generated pages like 'songs by first line' and 'songs by chorus' we need additional metadata that wouldn't easily be accessible by 'rewrite-of' method.
