question on regdom #3

hi, i know your regulatory.bin is intended for linux and i've used on linux in the past when it was needed and worked great.

now comes the question there seems to be zero information on anywhere, how to force a regdom or even just stop the "DFS UNSET" equivalent in windows that disables all 5ghz channels except for a 20mhz limited channel 149? after a recent update to windows 10 on my dual boot laptop, it's screwed up both my linux and windows installs. linux is simple, disabling LAR with a iwlwifi module option fixes it. not so simple on windows and the intel driver for win10 does not have a lar_disable=1 equivalent.

im aware this is a longshot but thought you might know more.
