Criteo SDK being deprecated by June 15th #6

Criteo is deprecating the existing MAPI and PAPI by June 15th. This could affect the project unless migrated to the latest Criteo API.

@bonysimon007 Do we have any repo with updated code now?

@techiebro18 I am not aware of any updated code repo as of now. I made some minor patching in order to get it to just work.
