It seems I wasn't able to connect with DCM because I hadn't created a report in DCM yet. Once I created a report in DCM I was able to connect without a hitch.
One more point. The report has to be an "offline report" in DCM as opposed to an "instant report."
When trying to Authorize Stitch to integrate Campaign Manager I am getting an error that says "Unable to load tables. The credentials saved for this integration may not be correct." I have confirmed I am using the correct Profile ID from CM and I am logging in with my Google account that is associated with Campaign Manager.
