Request: add Groups and Group milestones #8

First of all, thanks for this tap. It's really helpful.

Would it be possible to extend this tap to include data from the following endpoints:

This because we organise our milestones on group level (instead of project level).

The alternative would be that I send in a pull request, is there any chance that would be merged?

Hi @ChrisCalculus, thanks for opening an issue.

I think adding both endpoints to the tap seems reasonable. We'd definitely merge a PR.
