Description of change

TDL-16115: Add lookback window advanced config option for Incremental Syncs

Added configurable lookback window with the default value of 10 seconds.
Added integration test test_salesforce_lookback_window for validating lookback window

The Integration tests are failing because we need to add lookback_window config param in the UI side.
