9 months ago ok, sorry - it's the web platform - google chrome latest release on Win 11 latest release using Android Studio. I'll make a video - attached is the image I tried to load.

All I know is you are using the example and in there you are inserting an image using the toolbar button

9 months ago Yes, the example app from the repo - I had to do pub get and pub upgrade to get it to build I think. I got the code from the github repo, not pub dev - I guess I should have used pub dev. Hopefully attached is a video.

9 months ago Yes it works correctly now thanks! Why does it crop the image - it's only 44 kB. Also where does it put the image - is it possible to have it embedded in the file as a base64 kind of thing? Thanks.

Cropping images feature only enabled in the example, and it always triggered no matter the size, just an example
Yes, you can have the image in base 64
By default, it caches the image on mobile, on desktop it added it like ut
You can override all of this
