[r] Intermittent context-creation errors in `cellxgene_census` R acceptance tests #2464

As with #2463 this may or may not have a root cause within the cellxgene_census package. However, the errors are triggered within TileDB core and our assistance will, at very least, be needed for debug.

Error message (which is terse):
