[python] Unit-test helper `make_df` -> `make_pd_df` #2898

Follow-on from https://github.com/single-cell-data/TileDB-SOMA/pull/2873#discussion_r1713967875

There are Pandas DataFrame objects, and SOMA DataFrame objects. This minor name-change makes it clearer which kind the helper function is returning.
