Incorporate indel? #41

Hi,

Thanks for writing this amazing tool! I just wonder if there's any plan to incorporate indel into the tool? I thought that could make it applicable to more general use cases!

Thanks. We have a separate tool for indel with similar framework of cellsnp. It is still in initial version and we may combine the two tools if the new one works well.

Any recent updates on indel calling? We would really like to incorporate this into our analysis.
