Hi development, There are question about the genes selected to demultiplex the mixed samples using PCR experiment. the result files "GT_donors.vireo.vcf.gz" had been generated by vireo pipeline, however i want to choose some significant different allele site responding gene to PCR experiment to confirm it relate with certain sample.

Had any advice for this issue ?
