Bump the engine version to 8.1.47 #77

@sshankar-singlestore I don't think we can change the version of this image from 8.7 to 8.1. The idea of singlestoredb-dev image is to have the latest singlestore db version.

Thanks @rjfdias, https://memsql.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ENG/pages/716341255/Performing+a+memSQL+Server+Release states we need to do it for all versions above 8.0. I'll create a new PR for 8.7 and ask for document update in the channel.
