Adding AI-DSL Ontology chapter (as Kabir's work) #23

Here is an outline of the AI-DSL related part of the work. I will keep putting meat into it along the work developing the ontology prototype itself.

A general remark: it may make sense to agree on the general structure of the report on the topic basis rather than making it into four chunks of each person working in the project. It is good to distribute work per person so that to minimize merge conflicts, but maybe it would be more efficient to do it based on topical structure.

Excellent! I agree about harmonizing the document into cohesive sections rather than divided into people's work, I set that to minimize initial conflicts, but once we have everybody's meat we can properly re-organize it as you suggest.
