Fix misleading message in das-atom-db building pipeline #125

"Deploying to prod" is misleading as the library update won't go to any deployment environment. I suggest something like "Publishing library version in PyPI" or "Publishing in PyPI".

I'm not sure this message appears in other repo's pipeline. If yes, they should be changed as well.
