Adding feedjira, jekyll-last-modified-at, httpparty #195

I think this file should tell the user to also install feedjira, which plugins/medium_post_display.rb requires.

Now it seems I also needed to install webrick. Is there an easier way to set these dependencies in a file to be installed together with ruby?
