Update service related challenges #133

Fix #128

The list of service is not up to date and it's not evident what happen when a badge/challenge is not selected.

TODO:

[x] update list of service a task can be created for
[x] make more obvious that not selecting am achievement only require the user to provide a user name.
[x] add challenge requiring x number of achievement with a service.
[ ] reuse in the event view the component used on profile view to request a service user name.
