Cohorts bug fix #59

Edited security rules which prevented users in a cohort from viewing the rank of other events within a cohort.

Also includes misc. MCQ enhancements

I am not sure why the travis build keeps failing. In commit c212d96 I tested removing possibly breaking changes, and the build continued to fail. Please advise
