Enlarged text response area
Elongated link submission dialog to prevent link truncation in the dialog view
Improved admin reviewing dialog of text response submissions

_Bug Fixes_

TA's may now edit the challenges properly if the instructor grants them access

_Features_

Logging is now performed via a global service. Service is invoked by calling clmDataStore.logging.inputLog(actionObject).
Implemented logging function in user participation of text, link, and code challenges
