adding changes to rename ceph to swift #167

This will rename "ceph" to "swift" to close #166

I'm going to take the "if the user who request swift runs into trouble he will open an issue" approach because I don't see anyone else helping to test this. Living on the bleeding edge, I'll say... merging.
