404 error on sections permalinks #120

Hello,

permalinks on section seem to be incorrect. For example:

https://singularityhub.github.io/sregistry/intro

The link "A Need for Reproducible Science -> hover on the three red dots -> Permalink" is:

https://singularityhub.github.io//intro#a-need-for-reproducible-science

Which generate a 404.
