Fails to read the dxf layer table #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a dxf file with the attached layer table.

What is the expected output?
The file should be loaded.

What do you see instead?
Only these console messages:
CDxfRead::ReadLayer() - no layer name
CDxfRead::DoRead() Failed to read layer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current subversion rev 1446 on Ubuntu 10.04.

This issue is old without any updates, I close.

Please re-open if relevant with latest version.
