ps. the cpu has 64bit but the os is 32bit

ppc. installed new graphic drivers. now i get a new error message
when i start from program button:
its a wide wide window which says that the source images cant be found and a
lot crossed cubes with a ok button
when i start from terminal i get:
(heekscad:1735): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()

ppps. at the end of the installation i got the message:
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [bin/heekscad-0.18.0] Error 1

there is a ready precompiled package for ubuntu10.04 in the download section
why dident you use this
its near the development and shoudt work
first you may need to upgrade the decencies
as follow in the terminal
sudo apt-get install git subversion libwxbase2.8-dev cmake build-essential
libopencascade-dev libwxgtk2.8-dev libgtkglext1-dev python-dev cmake
libboost-python-dev
then it should work with the packet provident from the downloadlink

Builds under Linux or more precisely Debian and Ubuntu have been recently
improved.
