"Transformations Tool Bar" does exists but dont have items #388

In menu "View" -> "Transformations Tool Bar", check/uncheck do not have any 
effect.
Menu entry stays checked and no toolbar are shown.

Reading source code, it seems that a toolbar named m_transformBar 
(HeeksFrame.cpp) exists but is not used.

Should we remove this toolbar ?

Transformations items were moved to geometry toolbar previously. I have now 
removed "transformations" toolbar
