ScriptOps template (scripts_ops.xml) should allow user-defined icon #350

scripts_ops.xml lists user-defined ScriptOps with title, icon and script 
content but HeeksCNC attempt to load icon from system wide under Linux, which 
is non-consistent with user-defined capability.
