Steps to reproduce:
(I don't know how to reproduce, but restarting everything didn't help so here's what I did)Die with a large inventory while using corail tombstone, other mods, retrieve items using the grave key
What I expected to happen: Get my items back
What happened instead: I didn't get my projecte rings back(gem of eternal density, black hole band) but they still apply the effect and cannot be removed from my inventory/interacted with. Making new ones doesn't work, dying again doesn't work, and I worked very hard on this world and would very much not like to lose it over a bug.
